Members of New Acropolis Boston Participate in Many Volunteer Actions!
Tree planting

On April 27th, Members of Acropolis Boston came together and “volun-TREE-red” to plant trees in Marcella Park, Roxbury in partnership with the Boston Urban Forest Coalition (BUFC). BUFC has a goal of plating 100,000 trees by 2020 in an initiative called Grow Boston Green. The last tree that the members planted was the 1000th tree of the month!

Charles River Cleanup

On April 26th, members of Acropolis Boston participated in the 9th Annual Charles River Cleanup. They joined more than 2,000 other volunteers picking up trash along the river, and helped improve the health and beauty of the Charles River! the Charles River.

Habitat for Humanity

Members and students from NA Boston had a great day working with the crew of Habitat For Humanity in Salem in the construction of a two-family home. Teamwork and hard work are important and we thank their volunteers for giving us this opportunity.
